When does v2 actually launch?
Boarding starts summer 2026, and the countdown above is real. Waitlist members get the download link a full week before everyone else.
I had a v1 account. What happens to it?
v2 is a complete fresh start. For technical reasons v1 profiles and pet data can't be carried over, so everyone re-boards here. Tick βI was in the original packβ and you'll board First Class with a gold OG badge as a thank-you for the early years.
What's this about adoption? π
New in v2: pets looking for a forever home can be listed for adoption. Shelters and rescues are onboarded separately. If that's you, write us at shelters@petsforfriends.com and we'll get you set up before launch.
Which pets and cities are on board?
Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and every "other" from hedgehogs to bearded dragons. We relaunch in every city the original pack was active, fastest where the most friends pre-board.
